Ship & Delivery Policy
Numinous, Numinous Ayurved & Vajraveda Powered by Numinous Products India Pvt. Ltd. Its ship & delivery policy to you under the following circumstances-
1. Shipping Locations: We currently provide shipping services within India only. We do not ship internationally at the moment.
2. Shipping Partners: We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
3. Order Processing Time: Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for your order will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Typically, orders are delivered within 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or peak seasons.
5. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package, delivery location and the shipping method selected during checkout. Shipping charges will be displayed at the time of checkout for your review before making the payment.
6. Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS containing the tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your VajraVeda.com account and accessing the order history.
7. Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your package to the provided shipping address. If no one is available to receive the package after the specified number of attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
8. Delivery Restrictions: We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or issues with delivery.
9. Delivery Confirmation: Upon successful delivery of your order, you will receive a delivery confirmation email/SMS. Please inspect the package upon delivery and report any discrepancies or damages to our customer service team within 48 hours.
